Decider life skills are proactive mental health skills based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) that are taught in a fun and memorable way. The aim is to enable children to learn effective coping skills before they need them, and to build resilience.
The skills are designed to help build emotional coping techniques and resilience. All skills are based on CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and are effective, child friendly and easy to use. They are essentially skills for children to learn and develop effective and healthy coping strategies to deal with difficult emotions/feelings/thoughts, and to help with tolerating distress.
