What is happening in Jersey with Sport and Mental health:

Jersey Football Association and Mind Jersey
We often don't talk about men and mental health.  It is often one of the last taboos. Men are often meant to be seen as strong and that showing emotions or to be seen as not coping is not right.

We aim to be able to change this and support men to look after their mental health and stay mentally healthy.
