Children and Young People Mental Health Practitioner

Deliver support to children and young people (CYP) aged 7-25 experiencing a range of mental health difficulties through group work, 1-2-1 interventions, training, and education. The work will involve coordinating and undertaking all aspects of the service offered, including handling enquiries, session preparation and delivery.
