Mental Health Instructor (20 hours per week, with potential to increase)

Mind Jersey is committed to ensuring everyone in our community has access to mental health support.

We are looking for a dedicated Mental Health Instructor to join our Training Team.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver, update, and improve training programmes (including MHFA).
• Work with public, private, and voluntary sector partners to design impactful training.
• Support and develop Mental Health First Aiders across the Island.
• Contribute to digital strategies, course scheduling, marketing, and outreach.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in delivering training or teaching.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• A recognised teaching qualification (desirable).
