             Be able to name some of the most common neurotypes

             Recognise how these might present in the workplace

  • Identify strengths and challenges associated with the most frequently occurring neurotypes

            How to have supportive conversations with a neurodiverse team

            How to support performance with a neurodiverse team

  • Understand the legal, ethical and policy position

This course is designed to be an inclusive strengths-based approach that helps individuals learn about neurological diversity and understand how the different neurotypes experience both strengths and challenges within the workplace.

This course will aim to support managers who manage neurodiverse individuals and teams in order to foster the most supportive environment. It aims to enhance understanding regrading communication, reasonable adjustments and setting supportive expectations for individuals, teams and organisations.
