ZEDRA is more than just a workplace. We recognise our staff each have their own unique potential and want to help equip them to realise it. ZEDRA in Jersey have been actively promoting and supporting all aspects of staff wellness for over a decade and are expanding this venture through MIND Jersey’s ‘Stronger Together’ programme.

We are thrilled to not only be MIND Jersey’s first workplace partner, but also to support the charity’s activities for children and young people throughout 2026. Through this partnership and our ongoing dedication to our staff wellness we will build a more inclusive and productive workplace for all.
