Reachout is an American website that provides information, factsheets and support for young people going through tough times

Royal College of Psychiatrists have developed a series of leaflets for parents, teachers and young people entitled Mental Health and Growing Up. This particular leaflet describes when bad things happen It also offers practical advice on how to cope when life gets tough.

The Charlie Waller Memorial Trust provides information which aims to equip young people to look after their mental health. The trust also has a ‘students against depression’ website

The States of Jersey website provides some good information regarding self-harm.

The University of Oxford together with healthtalk.org launched a new online resource to support parents and carers who have discovered their child is self harming.
