Manager – Peer Support and Drop-in Services
Mind Jersey is looking for a manager who can hold the voice of lived experience at the heart of everything we do. You will manage the Peer Support and Drop-in Services
This is an exciting opportunity to manage day-to-day operations, support staff and volunteers, and help shape inclusive, recovery-focused services through meaningful involvement
About the role
You will:
- Lead and support the Peer Support and Drop-in teams
- Manage staff supervision, appraisals, absence, well-being, and development
- Oversee training and support of volunteers
- Act as Safeguarding Lead for these services
- Monitor service quality, outcomes, and reporting
- Build strong relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders
- Help ensure services meet Mind values, standards, and quality requirements, including the Mind Quality Mark (MQM)
About you
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in managing staff and/or volunteers
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Experience in service delivery, monitoring, and strategic planning
- A good understanding of person-centred and inclusive support
- Knowledge of mental health, peer support, or community services (desirable)
