Drop-In Centre Co-ordinator

We’re Hiring: Drop-In Centre Co-ordinator (25 hours/week)

 

Mind Jersey is seeking a compassionate, organised, and community-focused Drop-In Centre Co-ordinator to help us grow and develop our peer-led mental health support services.

Location: Jersey
Hours: 25 hours per week
Reporting to: Peer Support Manager
Closing Date: 13th June 2025

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and support peer-led mental health support sessions
  • Develop inclusive, recovery-focused activities for the Drop-In Centre
  • Mentor and support volunteers with lived experience
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and visitors
  • Monitor service impact and contribute to service development

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience supporting people with mental health needs
  • A deep understanding of peer support and recovery
  • Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
  • Lived experience of mental health and willingness to share appropriately
  • A flexible, proactive, and supportive attitude
